Water boils?

Tonight I finally got the electrolyzer to run without blowing the fuse. Now the problem is it is boiling the water. How do you get the hydrogen production you need without generating to much heat.

I have it running with this plate configuration + N – N + N – N + N -

I welcome any comments or suggestions.
