Let me try to tell you about the things that worked and the things that did not. The things I liked and the things I did not.

First is the price. The plans were in my opinion, over prices by about 4x. I paid around 100.00 for them. The detail on how to build the enclosure was far above any that could possibly be necessary to build it. However some important things were still left out. The polycarbonate used looks great and worked well at first. I then started seeing cracks at the holes for the fittings. They did not worry me too much. I just re tapped the holes to relieve any excess stress. The hole for all of the screws were drilled carefully as the directions said to do. Last night I finally got the whole unit working and was very excited to start using it. Today I started the truck and opened the hood to verify it was working to find that the housing had cracked and leaked the electrolyte solution out. 

There are two other things that did not work with the plans. The electrolyte solution they recommended does not work and the plate configuration does not work either. The plans say to use table salt and hydrogen peroxide with distilled water. This blows a 30a fuse in a few seconds. What I found that does work is distilled water and just a pinch of sodium peroxide. The plate design that they specify is 11 plate alternating + and -. This will boil the water in 5 min. or less. What I ended up with that does work is 9 plates + n n n – n n n +. The hho pours off of this configuration and electrolyte and it seems to hold the temp down well too.

Well now it is time to rebuild an enclosure for my cell so I can start getting the benefits. I’m going shopping for options tonight. I’ll let you know what I find.

Now with the plates wired as +NNN—NNN+ the cel produces a lot less than it did as -+-+-+-+-+- and none at all with the engine running, The other thing that has me stumped is it turns on with the key off. I think the relay may be bad or I just thought I had an ignition switch hot and ended up with hot all the time. I’ll need to trouble shoot that as well.

There will be rejoicing when I finally get it running.

Any one that can help please post a comment. I hooked it up the other day and the + cable got red hot and began to ignite the hydrogen inside the chamber. I put bigger cable on and hooked it up today just to find out I’m back to blowing fuses. This time a 30 amp fuse. The water also still gets very dirty very quickly. I’m using filtered water but not distilled. I’m going to try distilled next time. Any other suggestions would be great. You can see below there is 1 1/2″ of sludge after about 10 min. at low power.

The unit I built is from the plans at Gas4free. I like the design and think it will work well but I think I need to get a few details figured out.

Won’t it be great when we figure out Stanley Meyer’s design and can drive on 100% hydrogen  from water. Think of the way that will change things. When we can run a car on it we will be able to run a small generator also. that means it will be possible to power your house. Free gas and free electricity. Sweet!

Check out www.theorionproject.org They have some videos about ufo’s that are kind of weird but they are working to bring these technologies to the public. They are negotiating to get all of Stanley Meyer’s research and his dune buggy. Hopefully we will see some advances in hho and other technologies like magnetic motors in the near future.

I have 2 insulated glass vinyl windows that are 8 ft wide and 4 ft high.  I think I’ll build a solar air heater. 8′x8′ I’ll need 6- 2x6x8′, 2-sheets of 3/8″ plywood, 2 sheets of 1″ foil face insulation, 1- 100 ft roll of 3″ corrugated drain tile, some black paint and some shingle nails. on the south side of the house it should be able to heat air to 100ºF+. Here are the windows and wall I plan to put the heater on.

I found out the power company will only let you grid connect if your system shuts down when theirs does. This leaves me in the dark like before. After spending all this money and time on my own system I want to have power in a black out. So I’ve decided to go with an off grid system.

I plan to install one scorpion wind turbine and one home built vertical axis wind turbine. they will both feed the charge controller to charge the battery. I will then be putting a 24 volt water heating element in the top hole in my electric water heater. This will be my dump load. It will take all the power the turbines generate when the battery is full. 

Here is a picture of the wings for the home built turbine. It’s all have doe so far. Not a big expense so far, all the parts are left over from something else. I mounted the wings on a bike rim and it works pretty good. It spins when the wind is barely enough to move the leaves.

I found a source for some used solar panels and will be adding them to the system as well. Then I’ll be able to charge when it is windy and when it is sunny.

The plates are 18 ga. 316 stainless steel. the nylon bolts are toilet seat bolts. There are nylon washers keeping the plates from touching. This unit is designed to draw just under 1 amp. It seems smaller than I expected I hope it produces enough HHO
